Refund policy

At Elise Wear, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Please note that all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color preference
• Personal dissatisfaction after delivery

Exceptions
A return or replacement will only be accepted in the following case:
• If Elise Wear sent an incorrect item that does not match the customer’s confirmed order.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The received item
• The original packaging
 • The order number
Once verified, the correct item will be shipped accordingly.
No refunds will be issued.

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible under any circumstances.
